#30 Tamara Moore
5'11 Guard/Forward
Minneapolis, Mn
1998-02

Tamara Moore came to Wisconsin with her buddy Jessie Stomski and they formed one of the most potent duos in the conference for four years.   Stomski was the steady one while Moore provided the emotion and fire for the team.  She played small forward in high school and that was probably her natural position.  But the team needed her instincts and smarts at point guard and she spent most of her last three years at that position.  She struggled with turnovers, but they were more from trying to do too much than from bad judgment.  Tamara was one of the top defenders in the nation and could control a game on the defensive end of the court.  Tamara left the program as one of the all-time greats.
